These terms and conditions govern the use of the Derm4Hair platform and medical services provided by Derm4Hair Medical Services GmbH. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Derm4Hair provides telemedicine consultations, dermatological assessments, and hair treatment services through qualified medical professionals.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors require parental consent and supervision.

All medical consultations are provided by licensed dermatologists registered in Germany. Consultations are for informational and diagnostic purposes.

Telemedicine consultations have limitations. Emergency conditions require immediate in-person medical attention. We reserve the right to refer patients to in-person care when necessary.

Prescription medications may be provided when medically appropriate. Patients are responsible for following prescribed treatment plans and reporting any adverse effects.

Follow-up consultations may be recommended based on your condition. Patients are responsible for scheduling and attending recommended follow-up appointments.

Appointments can be booked online through our platform. Confirmation will be sent via email with consultation details.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur fees.

Failure to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice will result in full consultation fees being charged.

Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability. We recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

Consultation fees are clearly displayed before booking. Payment is required at the time of service unless covered by insurance.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and most German health insurance plans.

Refunds may be provided for cancelled appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Medical consultations that have been completed are non-refundable.

We collect and process personal health information in accordance with GDPR and German data protection laws. All medical data is encrypted and securely stored.

Medical records are retained according to German medical record retention requirements. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Medical information is only shared with your treating physicians and authorized medical staff. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and medical information from unauthorized access.

Our consultations establish a doctor-patient relationship for the specific consultation provided. This does not replace your primary care physician.

Our platform is not suitable for medical emergencies. For urgent medical conditions, contact emergency services immediately (112).

Diagnoses are based on information and images you provide. Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of information shared.

Patients are responsible for following prescribed treatment plans and reporting any adverse effects or concerns.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law. We are not liable for treatment outcomes except in cases of proven negligence.

We exclude liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Users agree to indemnify Derm4Hair against claims arising from misuse of our platform or provision of false information.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of Derm4Hair Medical Services GmbH.

Users are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use our platform for personal medical consultation purposes only.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without written permission.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice.

Upon termination, access to our platform will be revoked, but medical records will be retained as required by law.

Provisions regarding privacy, liability, and intellectual property will survive termination of these terms.

These terms are governed by German law and regulations applicable to medical services in Hamburg.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
